www.twiends.com - The concept behind this website is that you follow others and get points... you then use those points to get others to follow you. The big downside is that it causes you to follow a ton of people you are not interested in. However, if your goal is to get to 1,000,000 followers as fast as possible, this is one of your best routes!
www.twellow.com - This site is kind of a Twitter directory. You can put in a location or a keyword and find potential people to follow. It you want to interact with a specific demographic, this site allows you to find them. Make sure you submit your own listing!
www.FeaturedUsers.com - If you don't mind paying a little, this is a great source. Basically, they get you listed as a Featured User on several Twitter sites and help you to build followers. You will get better followers this way vs Twiends - but it will cost you.
www.Fiverr.com - Not specifically a Twitter site, per say. Fiverr is a place where people list tons of jobs they will do for five bucks. Many of them are Twitter related - such as tweeting about your business or finding followers for you. Unfortunately, its kind of hit or miss... but for five bucks, you aren't risking too much.
